At Minimax Express, we know that our customers trust us to deliver their freight at their requested destination on time — and that’s exactly what we do. We take shipping seriously and to help meet our customers’ expectations, we’ve developed a detailed, up-to-the-minute tracking tool, so customers can see exactly where their shipment is at any time.

We often get questions about how we track our shipments, so we’ve made it even easier for our customers to check the status of their shipments with our Track & Trace portal.

Here’s how you can make the most of our Track & Trace service and see where your freight is along its journey.

Track & Trace 101

Step 1: Contact Minimax Express and ask for the IT department, in order to obtain your username and password. You will need this information to log into the Track & Trace portal.

Step 2: Visit our website and click on the Track & Trace icon just below the main image.

Step 3: Enter your login and password information.

Step 4: Click the column labelled ‘Tracking’ along the top of the page and you will see all of your shipments.

Step 5: From here, you can adjust the dates to see various shipments, click on individual shipments to view specific details, sort by city, or even search by typing directly into the search bar.

It’s that simple — all your shipping information at your fingertips, in real time.

Customer Support

In addition to our online support services, we have a fully-trained customer support team available to assist our customers.

At Minimax Express, we pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service — you won’t find answering machines and automated attendants here. Our team will take your call, answer all of your questions, and make sure your shipments are on track.

We have 225 dedicated and committed staff, professional drivers, freight handlers, and mechanics ready to handle your goods from departure to arrival.
