The holidays are here and as people’s diets change the more complex entertaining can be.  More people are moving toward a vegetarian or vegan diet and that can create extra stress in determining what foods to offer.   Here are some great ideas to help you out and if you want more, check out the article for others.

Vegan Spinach Artichoke Dip:  

Spinach artichoke dip is no stranger to many people however made the traditional way can be loaded with fat.  This recipe calls for vegan cheeses and still offers that creamy, luxurious texture you love.

Ok this will not make your vegan or vegetarian friends happy but it is too yummy to omit it.  The combination of prosciutto, honeyed goat cheese, and fresh figs with make an appetizer that will be unforgettable.   It is also easy to make.
