Here’s how you can make the most of our Track & Trace service and see where your freight is along its journey.
Track & Trace 101
Step 1: Contact Minimax Express and ask for the IT department, in order to obtain your username and password. You will need this information to log into the Track & Trace portal.
Step 2: Visit our website and click on the Track & Trace icon just below the main image.
Step 3: Enter your login and password information.
Step 4: Click the column labelled ‘Tracking’ along the top of the page and you will see all of your shipments.
Step 5: From here, you can adjust the dates to see various shipments, click on individual shipments to view specific details, sort by city, or even search by typing directly into the search bar.
It’s that simple — all your shipping information at your fingertips, in real time.
